Sometimes when life feels like a lot, I kneel to say my daily prayers. I’ve done that twice this week alone.

I’ve recently gotten into a regular meditation practice (I’ve been a long time occasional meditator, with no real consistency), and it makes such a difference in my day. 15min of it before my first cup of coffee and 15min of it before I go to bed.

30 minutes is incredible. I’m so glad that you’ve been able to find consistency with meditation 💜

I meditate, every morning when I wake up. My morning routines are super important to me.🧘‍♀️💫 It’s the first thing I do when I get up. (Well actually second, I hit my espresso button first.)

I’m trying to pray regulary to reduce the number of times that I feel “it is a lot”. Prevetion is better than cure type vibes
