Lazy Sunday 😻 Knitting and catnaps
It varies drastically depending on the season. When we do a lot of heating or cooling in the house it dries them out quicker. I usually just take a look for condensation and if it’s fully dry, I do a full water bath. Sometimes twice a week (this is rare), sometimes every 2 weeks. I find they’re way more forgiving of under-watering than over-watering. Do you have orchids?
Is this true for toe stubbing as well? Nothing like a paper cut or a stubbed toe to result in expletives.
One of my orchids has really outdone itself. It’s gorgeous, but it can hardly stay upright! I’m considering making an attempt to propagate her, but haven’t ever tried with a phal. Any orchid growers out there with tips on propagation?
I finally acquired a new sourdough starter after losing mine a couple of years ago, and I’m instantly regretting the time spent without it 🤤
Hopefully you at least have access to some hot tea, a very cozy blanket, and a really good book. The cold makes me want to hibernate.

Yeah! I think the Zevin one got a lot of attention when it came out, and it seems like people generally like it. Let me know if you end up reading the Hart one and if you like it!
