Can I ask How to get verified on nostr &/or how to add ability for tips via lightning?

I like https://ln.tips for an easy (but custodial) lightning tip wallet which you can add to your Nostr profile using apps like Damus on iOS. As for verification, there are some good resources here https://github.com/aljazceru/awesome-nostr (search for the NIP-05 identity service section)
