I like https://ln.tips for an easy (but custodial) lightning tip wallet which you can add to your Nostr profile using apps like Damus on iOS. As for verification, there are some good resources here https://github.com/aljazceru/awesome-nostr (search for the NIP-05 identity service section)

That appreciation you feel when receiving a zap is worth much much much more than the “value” of those 250 sats.. it gives you a smile on the face and as you said.. it feels amazing! Have a great time here :)
