Ukraine was ALWAYS going to lose unless the USA went ALL IN against Russia WW3 style. Not fighting a war that isn’t our damn business is not a betrayal. Acknowledging that Ukraine has the lower hand and, therefore, must make consessions to negotiate is NOT a betrayal.

Also agreed. I didn’t address that bit because I didn’t see it as directly relevant to the contention over whether Ukraine needed to give up land to negotiate peace, but you are totally right. I just left it out because Ukraine would need to give up land due to the tactical/strategic/diplomatic situation even if they weren’t a corrupt bad “ally”.
But, yes, the reason they have kept up the charade of having a fighting chance for so long is because of financial and political guarantees in exchange for laundering money for western globalist regimes.
