I think it should be more about compartmentalization then arguing about which coin is superior. I use Bitcoin like digital gold for long-term savings while I use Monero as digital cash for short-term savings and payments.
I'm an avid Monerist but still think that BTC has some value and should not be forgotten. I tend to follow both BTC and XMR accounts as well.
I think people just focused more on the concept of different crypto having different purposes, then that would eliminate this crypto Olympics we've been in here.
