Ditch your (fiat) doctor?

"Modern diet" often means modern disease.

Funny how focusing on what humans ate for millennia (meat!) often reverses the damage done by new-fangled, chemical-laden, fiat "foods."

Your gut knows. Your brain knows. Listen to them.

Im suprised to see how heavy is carnivore diet promoted between bitcoiners. Its like you already saw thru the big lie which is fiat, yet you fail to see thru the big lie of meat&dairy lobby!

What diet do you follow instead?

I eat plant based whole food as i intend to enjoy my bitcoin when ill be old😁

Good heavens bless your heart man. Surely this is a bot?

It's funny seeing someone who can't think for themselves calling other people bots.

I’m not even fully carnivore, just can acknowledge the benefits of eating nutrient-dense red meat. You’re right tho calling ppl morons is a lot better

I don't follow a diet.

Following diets is for morons.

I eat real food.

Your right Darth! The meat&dairy lobby has been around for 2 MILLION YEARS, tricking our ancestors into eating Meat! Oh wait...

It's just people who are not very smart and easy to manipulate.

Guarantee you'll find that most of them are shit coiners not bitcoin only.

Correct!

I appreciate the good work you do, Ken.

I've been carnivore for 1 month (maybe 6 weeks idk when I officially started) and the biggest trip is that food actually has a negative feedback loop - instead of a positive one (I. E. eat ice cream - > want more ice cream)

So much so that if I overeat (intentionally) at one meal I could literally skip the next meal and not even notice

Its so wild that I can get full and naturally stop eating. Its always been a took down mental decision instead of bottom-up

You are not a carnivore.

Carnivores do not cook their meat they eat it raw.

Been vegetarian my whole life because ancestors grew up like that so it’s all about your gut microbiome and eating how you grew up. As close to real whole foods as possible

What do you think of people who say they eat the same (or even more) when they visit Europe and lose weight but they gain it all back when they come back to America?

Do you think it has to do with all of the additives/chemicals/pesticides in the food in America or something else?

Most food options in the US are processed.

Most processed foods are generally terrible for human bodies.

American food is full of high fructose corn syrup.

American cities and towns are intentionally built to force people to use cars instead of walking short distances.

In Europe you eat less corn syrup and drive less cars. Because they have public transport and pedestrian infrastructure.

That's really all it is

Humans didn't evolve to eat meat and by making up stupid lies and spreading misinformation like that you are only giving the vegans more ammunition to use against you.

Jeff, why shit on doctors? It’s true that nutrition was long given short shrift in medical school (this may be changing), BUT also true that Big Food lobbies have twisted federal diet recommendations for generations. That includes ultraprocessed mega companies who love corn and palm oil, Big Meat, and Big Dairy (who love corn).

Doctors may be underinformed on nutrition, or misled by the BigFood-twisted Federal guidelines, but no doctors I know of want to give bad nutrition advice.

Nobody has access to absolute truth when it comes to science, but evidence-based healthcare is the best we have. We should be supporting docs by elevating high quality evidence, not undermining the public’s trust in physicians.
