BUT Harris was the deciding vote in the Senate on the Biden-Harris IRS bill that Biden signed into law which targets hospitality workers who "under-report" their tip income. He's still president. She's still vice president. Congressional Republicans have tried to repeal it for a few years. Will Biden-Harris now support them?
