Btw, you can accept ecash from any mint without trusting the mint simply by swapping it to your non-custodial Lightning node.

When you say untrusted mint, I always see a mint without sufficient LN balance ...

Love the idea. I think the issue here is that you would need to either add the shop to the trusted websites of your extension, or confirm many many nip-07 requests
