Bruh… that’s gorgeous. How did you cook?

Go-to is always bring to room temp for about an hour after a light olive oil and salt rub, make grill super hot and sear both sides for about a minute, then maybe like 3-4 minute per side 🤙

😋 I’ve been reverse searing with some awesome results but definitely more of a pain in the ass. Very nice!
