You might be able to use something like Strike, which is linked to your bank. Otherwise you may have to use an exchange such as Coinbase, not a recommendation for them but I know you can do it. Probably other ways to do it also.

The Fold card lets you buy gift cards with sats, therefore avoiding the bank altogether.

I don't think that there is any direct way. You can use a BTC ATM or find someone who will be willing to buy them from you. And also via exchanges, but you will have to provide them with your personal information.

The best option is Strike - but I live in germany, and they don't support us here, yet. The next best thing is bitrefill to buy gift cards, they have a huge selection. Alternatively, robosats seems to be a good way.

It just depends on how much KYC (Know Your Customer - as in, telling who you are to the entity you are giving your sats/btc to) you wish to tolerate.

Forget the KYC on/off ramps if you can. Find a local #bitcoin meet up. Almost EVERYTIME i've been to one, someone is willing to part with #sats for #fiat.
