Having my daughter just before Covid was tough.

In addition to adjusting to being a new mom, it took me three years to build a flexible but consistent exercise routine that I can do anywhere.

Applying the Bitcoin ethos to my fitness goals motivates me to keep going, even when I feel exhausted.

Fitness +, yoga mat, skipping rope.

I used to go to yoga & Pilates studios, but when Covid hit, I learned that I needed to be as self-reliant as possible. If for whatever reason I canโ€™t access the internet and therefore Fitness +, I can still skip and do sun salutations. (Chaturanga push ups are amazing.)
