Serving 33 years in the military and having many early mornings, I normally get up at least 1.5-2 hours early just so I can have ☕ and 💩 before getting a shower. Nothing worse than a dirt bum all day.

Yes. I always wake at least 2 hours before I have to leave the house. My morning coffee ritual is the cornerstone of my day.
