My bounty of nettles... Do you know you can eat them? Soups are typical in Nordic countries and I love them in omelette. Just need some blanching and they do not sting anymore, very earthy and earthy flavour #grownostr #foodstr
Interesting 🤔 I know a variety of nettle and it it stings a lot if it is exposed on the skin.

This one is Urtica Dioica they do sting but not after blanching or cooking.
I’m going to look for that variety, I think I’ve seen it too. If you have a recipe, it would be great to share it with me and learn something new. 🫶🏻
