I want to get married and have a family some day.

However, the idea of marriage or more so the idea of committing to another person terrifies me.

Anyone else relate? Or anyone used to and got past this?

I did before my girlfriend of a year and a half broke up with me. Haven’t had a long-term relationship since. It’ll be a decade since come next year.
