I read this article about 10 yrs ago now......https://www.diagnosisdiet.com/full-article/vegetables#comments.......I was on a journey of sorts.....really insightful. At the time, I could not believe it, but now its like common sense.

My dad has all kinds of vegetables, chicken and bees. Def a life goal to have enough space to grow some of our own food.
