I'm just not into using violence, unless in response to violence. Surely a court could punish him financially enough to make him radioactive to any potential legal councel
yeah, he should be charged for vexatious litigation
people who have convictions for abusing courts don't get their suits accepted, they can even get restraining orders from even entering the registry
the thing is that contempt is a charge FROM the court not from the victim of the vexatious litigation, they aren't weighing into the fact that he has wantonly abused the legal system for multiple cases for years
