Tried it for some time but didn’t feel better by doing it. And for me personally it’s very difficult to eat enough calories if your time frame is short. So I started with adding Greek fatty yoghurt with raw honey in the morning.
Definitely takes a few months to get used to it, but I find it helps speed up metabolism and regulate weight.
However, my fitness goals are likely different than yours.
I dropped ~25lbs and kept it off.
I look and feel healthier than ever!
