Do you do intermittent fasting?
Nope
Tried it for some time but didnโt feel better by doing it. And for me personally itโs very difficult to eat enough calories if your time frame is short. So I started with adding Greek fatty yoghurt with raw honey in the morning.
Definitely takes a few months to get used to it, but I find it helps speed up metabolism and regulate weight.
However, my fitness goals are likely different than yours.
I dropped ~25lbs and kept it off.
I look and feel healthier than ever!
