You know one book I read is called "Why Marx was Right". It was kind of a summary of all of his ideas and their arguments for Marxism. I don't think Marx saw a difference between true capitalism and crony capitalism. It highlighted for me the difference between the two. Crony capitalism, to me, is only a few degrees off from Marxist thought. True capitalism, where the free markets are allowed to work ,without interference of the state, is the best economic system IMO.
I reached the same conclusion. I may check that out.
For some reason I feel compelled to really understand the issue from every angle. Exhausting sometimes, but it's been rewarding so far.
