relay decentralization happens with outbox/inbox model. clients could prioritize this and randomly assign users relays from a pool.
key rotation would be huge.
This was a huge discussion with some cypherpunk devs today who pointed out how vulnerable to centralization Nostr is and expressed concern about rapid momentum in that direction.
