non-technical people understand freedom of speech and freedom of choice. technical people understand how nostr enables this with decentralization, protocols, and code. we win when all of these can be merged together in a easy to use package for the masses. we're not there yet.

It may be time to update it with another nostr viewer, and a nostr logo, we have a guide for that 😃👍.
Agree. Need to work on relay decentralisation and key rotation.
relay decentralization happens with outbox/inbox model. clients could prioritize this and randomly assign users relays from a pool.
key rotation would be huge.
There is a lot of work to do. From my point of view we have to build app to make deal for real life use.
Also we need social key recovery - like multisig for friends and family. Is it key rotation means?
Eventually there will be enough folks on Nostr that it won’t need a lengthy explanation to the average person, it will just be The Better Option.
Now just need them to understand the #fiat system and how it steals from society! Baby steps I guess.
