Is there a difference between doing a cacao ceremony at home versus having one out?

Are the benefits the same? I think they would be. What are the benefits that are attractive to you about cacao?

Im guessing they are. I drink it because I like the way it tastes and it may lower blood pressure and inflammation. Also, it has caffeine like coffee, so I'll have it instead of coffee too.

Sounds amazing

Thank you for posting!

Pura vida!

I am not sure, but when #[3] sees this maybe she can help.

Hi there guys #[6], the way I see it, there is no difference between ceremonial cacao by yourself or out there, what makes cacao ceremonial is the intention of it to be ceremonial, when you prepare it and you drink it, you might set a prayer or an intention and drink it accordingly, and cacao will help to bring answers and joy to your hart. You can also just drink a good cacao with no ceremony and also will bring joy to you :)

I do love flashes of valuable insight 🙏🏻

I actually found some at Green World here in town in Santa Teresa! But I would love some instructions on how to prepare

I am making a very simple mix of the cacao and hot water. I dont have a scale but iirc Gabi said 20mg to 40mg of shaved cacao. I dont have a scale here, but i use a little chunk maybe 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch x 2 inches. Gice or take. I shave it by rubbing a knife edge against it to try to get it into a powder. You can always start with a smaller amount and add till you like it.

Do I need a special pan to heat it in?

I’m going to have to find a pan in order to do this cacao ceremony ✨

I’m actually quite adept at making hot cocoa from milk and flaked chocolate, whisking it into a frothy deliciousness. Lots of practice. I’ll figure it out. Stay tuned.

Cool! Cant wait for the debriefing.

I think adding a sprinkle of cayenne pepper would be excellent

I must say I felt great after drinking it yesterday afternoon 👍
