New #Nostur update

- Added private/silent follows

- Made it easier to select people to award badges

- Made link previews less jumpy

- Fixed wrong counting of own likes

Curious what a private/silent follow means from the user side when enabled? Does that mean you can follow someone but they don’t know you follow them?
