How do you create a chat? Is that a NIP that is not supported in #[2]? I’d like to do the same but for #Georgia.

I'm on amethyst, and i went to DM's and clicked on '+' to add a chat. Just learning.

I did a bit of research on this and I think this is an implementation of NIP-28, but that is not (yet?) implemented in Damus.
