actual footage of me and my older sister playing Atari's "Asteroids" circa 1982...
Appears to be a balloon that was hit by a kinetic hellfire(non explosive). Hellfire does its job and passes through the balloon. Balloon pops, falls from sky. Hellfire is not what you’d want to use for a moving airborne target either which tells me it’s off of a MQ1 or MQ9 and the object isn’t moving and what we’re seeing is parallax. Ie Targeting aircraft is moving looking at a stationary target and the water below gives the appearance of movement.

This is actually a video of an object that is still being videoed by a fast moving camera.
The fast moving camera is the UAS in an orbit or wheel in the overhead. It’s really not that fast either. Especially compared to a fighter. Shows sensor 1 still steady stare at fixed point while target falls and ordnance passes through from left to right on screen. Not hunting related but I’ve seen some strange things while in the backcountry or remote areas before. I’ve heard stories from reputable people as well. I even had an experience while deployed once that we couldn’t explain and we even had radar that did not detect. While this one certainly is explainable- I do love these rabbit holes and like keeping an eye out while I’m out there.
