Appears to be a balloon that was hit by a kinetic hellfire(non explosive). Hellfire does its job and passes through the balloon. Balloon pops, falls from sky. Hellfire is not what you’d want to use for a moving airborne target either which tells me it’s off of a MQ1 or MQ9 and the object isn’t moving and what we’re seeing is parallax. Ie Targeting aircraft is moving looking at a stationary target and the water below gives the appearance of movement.
