gnocchi?

Damn , that would be a lot , but I’m making potatoe salad ! Gotta hard boil the eggs , peel, cut and cook the taters .. I’m making Mac and cheese at the same time !

Hey who knows maybe a couple cooked potatoes will find their way into a container to be made into gnocchi later . Second day is always the best for gnocchi so the potato has some time to lose some moisture

That’s a good idea!

Not sure if you prefer butter and garlic gnocchi but I love them in a good red sauce.
