Been trying to figure out if it is possible to run an old school BBS setup over meshnets... They were all text based and used minimal memory but were super fun at the time.

The survival podcast 3567 they talk a little about it at the one hour mark. I think they may have mentioned it earlier too
It seems a perfect fit for the low power devices and would be really nice to have a BBS available without phoneline or internet. There is a ton of old BBS software still floating around I just can't seem to find any specific esp32 builds, and I'm not exactly good at programming. Maybe one of the Linux versions could be ported over?
