Love eating meat, and it’s totally cool that a lot of you guys are into carnivore or Keto, but I know a few “big on fat” guys who are jacked, that had heart attacks the last few years.

Everything in moderation. Always. No exceptions. Not everything needs to be an extreme. Use common sense. 🤷‍♂️

I have absolutely no information on these cases, but unfortunately a lot of time the people you’d think of as especially ‘jacked’ and health freaks are also taking hormones which put tons of stress on their organs and eventually lead to heart failure if not managed correctly

I 100% agree moderation is key, but for most who suffer premature death in the fitness community, it’s not simply too many workouts and too much steak
