Someone needs to create an identity on the crazy side of the internet (bluesky, twitter, etc.) called "catching criminals", and every time a crime happens they should demand to know an explanation from car manufacturers, knife manufacturers, gun manufacturers or whatever have you.
Saying shit like "how could FORD allow this crime to happen?". Hopefully as this spreads people will realize how fucked up this is, or not...
That might be amusing - holding a mirror up to crazy always yields funny results. I wonder if we've got any willing volunteers for Bluesky...personally, I'm not dipping my toes in that cesspit.

Why did they plead guilty if they thought the accusation was wrong or invalid?
Still confused by this behavior.
Plead guilty; victimize position; beg for pardon.
They didn’t fight.
They didn’t plead guilty until they realized SDNY is rigged. Literally broke and ignored the law. So hoped for leniency. The law doesn’t apply here. That’s the point.
Because they knew it was rigged and were facing 50 years in prison. They chose to please guilty for 5.
They did fight before the trial, the did fight before the judge was swapped, they did fight without all the facts, they did fight against an enemy with unlimited resources

Some believe we can innovate out of this.. maybe they're right... not sure they're is s precedence for that. Penny of history of revolution though. I think jan 6 showed me that america is too neutered to do it. I'm ready to get out over with, but the cost is high.
