I had a few ducks that didn’t perform well and remained little.
They make excellent broth.

Which sort of ducs? I do have Indian runner ducks. Too cute to eat...when not being hungry, but eggs are just delicious.
I have Muscovite ducks but I want to try Beijing ducks, too, this season.
