The quality of the tomatoes are diminishing, but slow roasting them makes up for that.

I would make some juicy delicious pizza with these 🤤
I slow roast them, vac seal, and use them for pizza sauce all winter. Summer time I like to make “Neapolitan” type. In the winter my go to is Sicilian pizza which is what I grew up on.
Probably my favorite pizzas I ever made
