Yeah I don't understand it well enough to answer that confidently. It's either on top of in parallel I think. Even if it is on top, you also included HTTP which I'm pretty sure it's only on top.
Yeah, true. Everything is on top of TCP/IP. Someone should redo the meme I suppose 😅
