1. remove all added sugar from your diet

2. remove all grains/beans from your diet

3. remove all veg. seed oils from your diet

4. Eat more fatty red meat, egg yolks, & seafood

5. move faster & lift heavier things more often

Gym membership is a great psychological hack if you can afford it. You really want to go so your money isn't wasted.
