Well is was about time the SEC found something new to be bad at.

Like I mentioned somewhere else, it seems like a slam dunk(to me anyway) that the court will find XRP is a security layer the month.

I expect the SEC to go on a mass enforcement stint shortly after. They gotta get staffed up with a bunch of people who likely know close to nothing about the topic.
