If I was planning an operation and wanted to create some confusion and distraction, I just might “accidentally” add a reporter to my classified Signal chat group and discuss fake details knowing they’d see it and leak it. 🤷♂️

Signal isn't approved for classified info, sharing it there could violate the espionage act, walking around in public while sharing details on an active military op is an opsec nightmare to name a few. My orig post should've had an lol at the end because this is truly laughable.
I had assumed by "classified" he meant private chat with trusted parties. Not actual classified military stuff.
