Absolutely. The money printer is huge though, that's how wars get funded. A debt resistant money forces fiscal responsibility, and so does an open ledger, in different ways.
I'll always remember when Germany sold all of their Bitcoin. We all knew, watched it happen. It was kinda wild to me, that level of transparency.
The problem is being willing and able to do violence against those claiming authority, and other abusers within your community. You're really counting on an abundance of benevolent strong men to keep you free, when actually they're not very common.

In reality it's just the opposite, where inflationary fiat capital is disproportionately accessed by the richest at the expense of everyone. Hard money stops the large scale theft.
There's only one money that matters now. BTC is the money that I control, and no force on earth can take it from me. To me that will always mean that BTC is worth twice it's fiat price, no matter what that price is.
It's the opinion of every man I know who isn't currently with a tattooed woman. As the world comes closer to understanding the issues facing it, opposition to the system will be created and promoted by the system itself. We see a lot of this today, but the revealed past can be seen even more clearly, such as "Operation Truth" run by the Bolsheviks to oppose themselves in Soviet Russia. Other opposition, real opposition, got brutally crushed, funneling sympathizers into the controlled opposition instead.
Today we'll see this, but there won't be crossover into other issues. Nick will tell you Jews control the banks, but if a solution comes along to oppose banks, he won't support it. Because he's not actually supposed to build real multi-front opposition, he's meant to be a figurehead for a specific issue so he can lose on that front alone. That's one way to clearly see who is the controlled opposition.
Bro... take this from someone who has been through more of these cycles than I've counted, all the way from $300. Be grateful for this opportunity. Stack as much as you can right now, while people like you are feeling bad about it, and keep your time preference measured in years, if not decades.
The goal is to eat shit for 5-10 years, then still stay humble. Don't spend lavishly, just be comfortable in the knowledge that you could, if you wanted to. Learn to extract value from your Bitcoin in the form of the comfort and security it brings you over the long term, knowing you're untouchable and nothing can hurt you. That's the real value, not short term fiat gains.
