Making some keto "bread" today. Using pork rind crumbs, beef tallow, and egg. I want to make chicken salad sandwiches later, and i try to limit the bread we eat. #foodstr #grownostr #keto

How much tallow? Could bacon grease be used? Lard? I make choffels sometimes.

The recipe i use calls for a tbsp, but i use a little less. I posted my recipe in a previous post today. Got it from Jack Spirko. I'm sure you could use any fat.
