Is this the Coinos PWA? I wasn't aware that they had a standalone app.

Yeah it's for discovering new apps and supporting devs mostly, and finding a good path to that app. You can zap the Dev directly there as well.
I think it's a good idea to nostr web apps in one directory. I was just confused about what was actually being offered, as well what it was that developers are signing since these are web apps (links).
Yes, it's basically to avoid spoofs, and to show support of the app and trusted users who like it.
It looks good. It'll be cool to see it fill up with different apps. Good on Coinos for being an early adopter!
I will add new features as I can in the future, including loading apps only signed by people you follow ECT, because I'm expecting spam to hit it due to it's openess, my hope is though that we have enough real users signing real apps that the spam stays down and out of sight for the most part.
