I tend to use “Bitcoin” as an uncountable term. Same as money. So I say two #bitcoin.

Many say/write two bitcoins.

How do you use it?

It's not I mine bitcoins, but I mine bitcoin.

I remember I thought of a legitimate use of the word BitcoinS but I can't recall atm.
