Curious if all of Brian’s whiney arguments come across as absolutely preposterous to the casual viewer?

The optics of him sitting next to his lawyer on the barstools are the most cringe thing ever! He might as well be wearing an orange jumpsuit!

I do agree with him, the lack of regulatory clarity has been terrible for the average “crypto investor”. But complaining that the Howey test is irrelevant because it’s been around since 1946 is hilarious. He’s wrecked so many who could have just been stacking some fucking sats.

Agreed. I don’t have too much love left for Brian after his using every possible opportunity to push scams and muddy the waters.
