Everyone has to have sex a hell of a lot more. But that's not gunns happen so ya can't fix this.
I was thinking more of cultivating a slower paced culture that values quality and craftsmanship

That involves sex to make that happen. Gotta eliminate the stress first with overrelief. Everything else will trinkle into place then will come the quality & craftsmenship.
What do you think the reason people aren't having enough sex is?
