I can do Sunday evenings but 10 pm EST is usually when I start wrapping things up and heading to bed. Tonight’s a bit of an exception. I might be able to make other exceptions sometimes, though.

Sundays at 7 or 8pm central time would generally work for me.
Sundays are good here. Not sure of your time preference but after 9pm gmt works best for me.
