That's exactly the problem—I have these beans for espresso 😁 That's why I have no choice but to brew this coffee in the Japanese style or use a moka pot.
I do that in a lazy style - Aeropress. Not really a fan of mocca. 🙂
honestly good instant coffee tastes better than fresh brew from burnt beans.
i would just throw those beans out or give them to somebody you hate.
i always drink instant personally.
the other option i guess is you could roast your own beans ?
