I've had it. My mother thought it was good. I never cared for it. Sweet with cottage cheese throws my taste buds off.

Fair enough, but do you put it in lasagna?
You're supposed to put ricotta in lasagna but actually I find cottage cheese is more flavorful as a substitute.
We use a bit of both 🤘🏼
