It's the book, "Hijacking Bitcoin", in which explains the block size wars of 2016-2017, which saw censorship by Blockstream, with DDoS attacks by them if anyone advocated for increasing the block size from 1024 MB.
Is it worth the read or is the cliff notes version you just provided good enough?
