Moving some regulatory responsibility from the SEC to the CFTC is like moving deck chairs on the Titanic. We need an entirely new approach, and a new agency that can provide focus without constantly fighting for dominance.

The SEC is focused on Securities markets.

The CFTC is focused on Commodities markets.

We need a Cryptocurrency Regulatory Agency that is focused on Bitcoin and Crypto markets.
