If your coffee is too acidic try adding just a pinch of baking soda. It'll balance out the PH of the coffee

I use a pretty low acidity single origin roast from Peru. It usually doesn't give me any reflux. I add butter and half and half and that takes down the acidity more. Tummy is raging this morning though. Probably drank a couple too many beers last night.
