Sour stomach this morning. Coffee is NOT settling well. Very tempted to call in to work this morning and just go back to bed, but I know how bad it will screw everybody if I don't show up and do my job.

If your coffee is too acidic try adding just a pinch of baking soda. It'll balance out the PH of the coffee
Hope you're feeling better. Try chewing on a 1/2 tsp of fennel seeds or drinking a cup of water with 1/2 tsp baking soda.
Avoid sour, acidic foods.
If you have leaky gut, licorice tea , aloe vera juice, or steamed cactus can all be soothing to the GI tract
